Cindy Fair, assistant professor of human services, has been nominated for Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers. This is her second nomination, having been chosen for the award in 2003 also.
Fair will present a paper at the 17th Annual National Conference on Social Work and HIV/AIDS in Chicago on May 29. Her paper is titled “Stigma and Discrimination Among HIV-Affected Children: Implications for Practice.” The paper is co-authored by seniors Brittany Brackett and Sara Shortt, who will present with Fair at the conference.
