An article by Betsy Stevens, associate professor of business administration, will appear in a forthcoming edition of Business Quest (BQuest) journal. Titled “Memos that backfire: An analysis of an American Airlines memorandum to its flight attendants,” the article is scheduled for publication in early April.
Stevens and Scott Buechler, associate dean of the Love School, will give a presentation April 21 at the Association for Business Communication’s Southeastern conference in Greensboro.
