Leaders of local non-profit agencies recently completed a 10-month executive education series held at Elon.
The Good Hearts, Good Skills Executive Education Series was sponsored by the Hayden-Harman Foundation of Burlington, NC, and was a joint venture between the foundation, the Duke University Non-Profit Management Certificate Program, the Elon Center for Public Affairs and Elon’s Office of Professional Development.

Participants attended a meeting one morning per month to learn about management topics such as strategic planning, marketing and fundraising, and mentoring.
