Chris Smith, assistant professor and director of employer relations in the Elon Career Center, has been appointed as Research Grant Committee chair for the NC Career Development Association. He will also serve on the association’s board of directors.
Smith was also invited to join the Triad InternNet Initiative advisory board. Triad InternNet is a joint effort by Action Greensboro and the chambers of commerce in Winston-Salem, Greensboro and High Point. The goal is to link employers, students, colleges and universities through technical and personal support.
