David Noer, the Frank S. Holt Jr. Professor of Business Leadership, won two awards at a recent conference for his paper titled “Teaching the Lessons of Downsizing: The Broken Bond Technique.”
Noer presented the paper at the Academic World Conference in June. It won the award for Best Paper and will be published in the Journal of Learning in Higher Education this fall. Noer also won an award for Best Presentation at the conference.
