An accomplished triathlete, Arcaro is working with seniors in preparation for the upcoming Triumph Classic triathlon on June 2. During the show, which airs from 6-8 a.m., Arcaro and others in the group will be interviewed live between workouts in the swimming pool at the Greensboro YMCA.
