Assessment Day and Surf will be held on Wednesday, April 10. The following is a general schedule for the day's events.
Senior Assessment 8:00 – 10:00
A number of departments will be assessing students’ skills and/or visiting with students during this time. See “Department Activities.”
Sophomore Assessment 8:30 – 10:00
Sophomores must satisfy this written English requirement. Sophomores are notified of room assignments through campus mail by the General Studies Office.
Freshman Assessment 8:30 – 10:00
Elon 101 sections will meet to give freshmen the opportunity to review their first year in college. Room assignments will be sent to students via campus mail.
Departmental Activities 10:00-11:30
Information sessions for majors and potential majors, graduate school information, and academic advising are some of the topics covered in these departmental sessions. See “Department Activities.”
