Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist Doug Marlette will lecture on “The Art of Religious Satire” February 18 at 4 p.m. in Whitley Auditorium. The program is free and open to the public. Marlette, who draws the syndicated cartoon strip “Kudzu,” is also a novelist, journalist, and playwright. He will give a slide presentation of his religiously-oriented cartoons and discuss his method of addressing religious issues through satirical drawings.
