The Celtic musical group Crasdant will perform at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 8 in Whitley Auditorium on the Elon University campus.
In the world of Celtic music, Crasdant means “super group.” This four-member ensemble features Robin Huw Bowen, a renowned triple harp performer. Joining him are Huw Williams, winner of the Welsh National Championship Step-Dancing competition; Stephen Rees on the fiddle, pibgorn and accordion; and Andy McLauchlin on the flute, pibgorn and whistle.
Tickets for the performance are $10, or free for those with valid Elon identification. Tickets may be purchased by calling the McCrary Theatre box office at (336) 278-5610. The box office is open from 12:30 p.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
