Spratt, a native of Bethesda, Md., plays Sally Bowles in the national tour of “Cabaret,” which chronicles the adventures of an English woman in Berlin in the 1920s and 1930s. Spratt is part of a cast of 22 actors who are touring the country for nine months, performing on some of the nation’s most prestigious stages.

The Times article, by reporter Ann Geracimos, focused on Spratt’s Washington homecoming as “Cabaret” appeared at the Warner Theatre from Dec. 26-31. Spratt, 23, majored in musical theatre while at Elon, and has landed roles in major productions during her young acting career.
