Feature stories written by six Elon College School of Communications students are featured in the Feb. 18 edition of the Burlington Times-News.
Elizabeth Burris, Melissa Dodge, Faith Gaskins, Suzanne George, Jaya Martin and Audrey Seagraves completed the stories as part of a fall semester writing assignment for JCM 225 Reporting and News Writing. The stories are prominently displayed on a full page titled “Elon 2020” on page F6 of a special Alamance County Lifestyles section in the local paper. Times-News editor Patrick Holmes was a special guest at the School of Communications recently as a guest of its Elon Editors Series.
