Students who are planning to complete their degree requirements this fall, winter or spring, and who plan to graduate in May, MUST apply for graduation no later than Oct. 31. It is suggested that students schedule and complete their interviews prior to pre-registration, which begins Nov. 6.
The application process is simple:
- Obtain an application from the Registrar’s Office, Alamance 102, or download the application by clicking here.
- Complete the application, take it to the Bursar’s Office, Alamance 111, and pay the $40 fee ($50 for graduate students).
- Bring the application back to the Registrar’s Office and schedule the exit interview.
The interview usually lasts 10-20 minutes, and will consist of a review and confirmation of the graduation requirements completed, as well as those still needed for graduation. Students will be given a copy of the final requirements necessary for graduation.
