Kevin Bales, author of DISPOSABLE PEOPLE, will speak to the first class of Periclean Scholars on April 1st. Dr. Bales, the leading international expert on modern slavery, will talk to members of the class of 2006 about his personal journey in researching and writing his book and in founding the “Free the Slaves” organization.
