Susan Klopman, dean of admissions and financial planning, was interviewed for a story about male admissions and applications on the 10 p.m. newscast on WGHP-TV in High Point. The story aired Monday, Nov. 18.
Senior reporter Bob Buckley conducted the interview with Klopman Oct. 24. He also compiled data from several other schools in the region for use in the story. Fewer males are applying for admission and attending college nationwide; Buckley’s story focused on the attention colleges are paying to the trend and their efforts to attract more male students.
