Dianne Ford, Coordinator of Serials and Government Documents in Belk Library, has been named the winner of the 2003 ALCTS First Step Award, a funding grant for a librarian new to the field to attend her first national meeting. Dianne will receive $1,500 in a ceremony at the American Library Association Annual Conference in Toronto, Ontario, June 2003.
