Melissa Bartlett, recently selected as North Carolina Teacher of the Year, will speak at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 18 in McKinnon Hall, located in Moseley Center. Bartlett, who teaches secondary English and Language Arts in Statesville, N.C., is also a finalist for the National Teacher of the Year award.
The presentation is open to all members of the community, and a reception will follow.
