At their March 14, 2001, meeting, the Elon College Board of Trustees awarded tenure to seven and promoted eleven faculty.
The Board of Trustees granted tenure to Dr. Pranab K. Das II, Dr. Bradley J. Hamm, Dr. Catherine A. King, Pamela M. Kiser, Dr. Byung S. Lee, Dr. Kevin J. O’Mara, and Dr. R. Barth Strempek. Ms. Kiser and Dr. Anthony Weston were promoted to professor and Dr. James O. Brown, Dr. Das, Dr. Hamm, Dr. King, Dr. Lee, Dr. Maurice J. Levesque, Dr. Gregory A. Lilly, Dr. O’Mara, and Dr. Stempek were promoted to associate professor.
President Leo M. Lambert previously granted professional status to Dr. Brown and Dr. Levesque.
