Get a one-on-one fitness assessment at Campus Recreation.

The S.W.E.A.T program will begin on Tuesday, March 4 from 4:00-6:00 p.m.

The S.W.E.A.T program will assess your blood pressure, body composition, flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular endurance.

This service is free and will continue every Tuesday from 4:00-6:00 p.m. during spring semester. No appointment is necessary.
