E-net!, the Elon community's Web information system, has undergone an extensive redesign. Details...
The result is a user-friendly home page packed with more information.
The redesign is the work of Richard Puchyr, director of Web content and design, and J.R. Shortall, Web technologies programmer.
The new E-net features a more efficient layout, giving you access to all information without having to scroll through a long page. The top menu bar includes links to a wealth of online services, including Blackboard, the campus directory and calendars, Web mail, student records and course listings, the online Want Ad page and more. Left hand links organize campus publications, news releases, maps and other information.
Posting a note is simplified in the new system. All you need to provide is a title for your note and a description. Please use this opportunity to share your department’s news and announcements.
At last count, E-net! is accessed more than 200,000 times each month (that’s 6,600 page views per day!). It is the single busiest page on the Elon Web site. Your information is the key to the success of this information resource. Please remember to Post a Note the next time you want to get the word out!
