An article co-authored by Earl Honeycutt, professor of business administration, has been selected for a top prize by the editorial review board of the Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management.
Honeycutt’s article, titled “A Three Stage Model for Assessing and Improving Sales Force Training and Development,” was selected for the 2005 Marvin Jolson Award. The award is presented annually to an article in the journal that makes the best contribution to selling and sales management practice.
Honeycutt’s co-authors are Ashraf Attia, associate professor of marketing at SUNY-Oswego, and Mark Leach, associate professor of marketing at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. They will be honored at the Pi Sigma Epsilon conference being held through March 4.
