Peter Felten, director of the Center for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning, has accepted an invitation to join the Membership and Communication Committee of the International Society for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (ISSOTL). The eight member committee includes faculty from Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
ISSOTL is the leading international organization working to study and promote the scholarship of teaching and learning. ISSOTL’s mission is to serve “faculty members, staff, and students who care about teaching and learning as serious intellectual work. The goal of the Society is to foster inquiry and disseminate findings about what improves and articulates post-secondary learning and teaching.”
