What is Fit to Lead?
Fit to Lead is a summer leadership institute designed to empower students to create social change through their leadership roles on campus. The curriculum is focused on the development and implementation of an organizational vision statement through knowledge of self, team, action and citizenship. All meals and accommodations during the conference are FREE for participants! Travel arrangements must be made by the individual.
Who should attend?
Elon students who seek to enhance their leadership skills will benefit from this experience. It is designed for emerging leaders who are new to their leadership positions or who have demonstrated the potential to lead in the future.
