Bird Stasz, associate professor of education, is teaching a course in instructional design and materials development in the Kyrgyz Republic as part of an on-going international education project. The course will focus on developing and adapting educational training materials to fit rural as well as urban environments on the use of ITLM (interactive teaching and learning methods) strategies in classrooms. Trainers and educators from throughout central Asia will take part in the course from June 17 to June 29.
