The Eastern Music Festival and Elon University present “The Eastern Music Festival Piano Gala” at 8 p.m., Thursday, June 29 in McCrary Theatre, located in the Center for the Arts on campus.
The program celebrate Mozart’s 250th year with three piano concertos performed by resident faculty pianists and a quartet of notable North Carolina chamber musicians. Concertos will include No. 11 in F Major, K. 413; No. 12 in A Major, K. 414; and No. 13 in C Major, K. 415.
Pianists include James Giles, Yoshikazu Nagai and Gideon Rubin, along with violinists Eric Pritchard, Monica Boboc and Jonathan Bagg. Alan Black is featured on cello.
Admission is by ticket only. Adult tickets are $19. Admission is free with valid Elon identification.
