The Leisure and Sport Management Society seeking volunteers for two professional golf tournaments.
The LSM Society is staffing concessions operations at two golf events:
1) The Chrysler Classic – a PGA tour event @ Forest Oaks Country Club,
Greensboro, NC, October 4-8, 2006
2) The SAS Championship – a Champions Tour, Senior PGA event @
Prestonwood Country Club, Cary, NC, October 4-8, 2006.
Volunteer shifts are sought for 4-5 hour shifts, mornings or afternoons-allowing access to observe a professional golf tournament before or after your shift. Operate a cash register, prepare food and provide general customer service.
240 volunteer shifts are being sought and specific days and times are filling fast. Help is requested from students regardless of major and feel free to bring your friends or interested family members to join you.
Faculty and staff are encouraged to get involved as well.
