Stephen Schulman, assistant professor of Philosophy, presented “Collaborative Learning” with nine former students at the 2006 National Collegiate Honors Council’s annual conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, November 17th.
Schulman spoke about the final project for the Honors class. For the project, the students worked together to produce a full-length play, not only writing the play, but also writing the comic book playbill, making the sets, selling tickets and producing a documentary of the whole project. The students performed the final vignette, a piece about Auschwitz inspired by the work of Primo Levi.
