A big thank you goes out to all the 1,151 dancers from ELONTHON 2007! The event was a huge success. For 24 hours Elon students stood on their feet to raise money for the children of Duke Children’s Hospital through Children’s Miracle Network. The event not only raises money but also awareness of the medical conditions that many children and their families face.
The executive committee of 2007 would like to thank all the dancers who danced the night away, miracle families who came to speak with us as well as President Lambert and Dr. Henry Rice for joining us at our closing ceremonies. So far, we have raised $125,397. We will announce the final total at College Coffee on May 8 and also award the Mason Lindley Miracle Cup!
If you would like to be part of the Executive Committee for ELONTHON 2008 – Applications will be on the Web site and are available in the Greek Life Office now! They are due Monday April 23rd by 5pm!
