As a Production student worker, you will be responsible for poster printing, lamination, mounting, basic poster design, image and slide scanning as well as CD/DVD duplication.
We are looking for hard workers with positive attitudes! Students working in production must be capable to do their jobs well and with little oversight. They must also have a high standard for their own work quality.
Production students:
• Are required to have knowledge or be able to learn the following software programs:
o Microsoft Office suite
o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe Illustrator
o Other software programs related to specialized scanners, printers, and duplicators
• Must be able to understand and assist with the basic layout design for posters
• Need to operate a heat sealer, laminator, and cutting devices
• Able to talk with faculty/staff/students clients and solve problems in a professional manner
• Must be available to work flexible hours and for at least 2 years in this position
