Brand Communications and Design Intern

The Red Hat Brand Communications + Design group is the face and voice of the Red Hat brand. Individually we're a team of creatives: designers, writers, filmmakers, marketers, and project managers. Together our

                        mission is to promote Red Hat's role as a defining technology company.

We’re seeking a talented intern to assist with the planning, implementation and development of new marketing ideas for partners and clients. See if this describes you:

Supports communications projects in the areas of advertising, promotional programs, events, Internet-based communications, and email marketing
Balances many different roles, including project manager, writer, editor, designer, and diplomat
Works collaboratively and generates ideas on a wide range of creative projects across the company.

• great writing, editing, and communication skills

• bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Journalism, or related field

• Red Hat / open source knowledge or experience a plus

• Adobe InDesign and Illustrator experience a plus
