Associate Professor Jon Metzger has been invited to perform with the North Carolina School of the Arts faculty jazz septet.
The recital is at 7:30 p.m. on September 17 in Watson Hall on the arts school’s campus in Winston-Salem.
Metzger joins Ron Rudkin and Taimur Sullivan, saxophones; Judy Saxton, trumpet; Jim Miller, trombone; John Beck, drums; and Nathan Scott, bass.
