The Elon University marching band, the Fire of the Carolinas, will host Elon’s first Band Day at this weekend’s home game against Liberty University.
All six Alamance County high school marching bands, over 500 band members, will be in attendance at the game and will perform as a mass band along with the Fire of the Carolinas at halftime. The Fire of the Carolinas will also play its current halftime show, “The Sounds of Summer,” after the game for the high school bands and their families.
