Acclaimed poet Eric Pankey will read from his work Oct. 9 at 7:30 p.m. in Yeager Recital Hall. He is the author of seven books of poems, including “Reliquaries” and “Oracle Figures.” In 2008, Ausable Press will publish his “New and Selected Poems.”
He has held Guggenheim and NEA fellowships, and has published in the New Yorker, Kenyon Review, and dozens of other magazines. The whole of the Creative Writing Program vouches for the quality of this event. Books will be for sale following the reading, and the author may even be convinced to sign them for you.
