Romer wins language award

The American Association of Teachers of French (AATF) named Jane Romer, associate professor of foreign languages and education, as French Contest Administrator of 2007 (in the large chapter category). On Oct. 6, Kathleen Rhodes, president of the North Carolina Chapter of AATF, presented the official plaque to Romer at the meeting of the Foreign Language Association of North Carolina in Winston-Salem.
