Edit Lab Assistant
ETV is currently hiring edit lab assistants for Spring semester. Students interested in this job must have experience working with Final Cut Pro and editing video projects. The Edit Lab Assistant is responsible for maintaining functional, clean, and safe editing labs for student, faculty and staff use. The Edit Lab Assistant is also responsible for helping with Elon University projects as assigned.
Responsibilities include:
– Assisting students, faculty, and staff with questions and technical problems
– Overseeing the edit labs and upholding the edit lab rules and regulations
– Closing and opening the edit labs
– Maintaining the edit labs as directed (cleaning, re-wiring etc.)
– Maintaining an edit lab inventory
– Logging and Capturing footage
– Editing (Final Cut Pro)
– Other duties as assigned
