Hunter Bacot, associate professor of political science and director of the Elon University Poll, provided election analysis for three news television stations Jan. 7-8 about the New Hampshire primaries and the implications for various campaigns. News 14 Carolina carried three live prime time broadcasts to its audiences in the Triad, Triangle and Charlotte areas, originating from the studio at Elon’s Office of University Relations. Fox 8 (High Point, N.C.) featured Bacot live at the top of its 10 p.m. newscast and WFMY News 2 (Greensboro, N.C.) also included interviews with Bacot from campus.
