Richard Mihans, assistant professor of education, and Alexa Darby, assistant professor of psychology, presented at the sixth annual International Conference on Education in Honolulu, Hawaii, Jan. 7. The title of the presentation was “The Emotional Ups and Downs: First Year Teachers’ Emotions.” This longitudinal study is in its second year and includes two cohorts of first year teachers (about 25 teachers).
Mihans and Darby have submitted this research paper for review and possible publication in Teaching and Teacher Education.
