Times-News spotlights Matera’s research

The (Burlington, N.C.) Times-News published a centerpiece story in its Health section on Jan. 29, 2008, profiling the work of Kathy Matera, an associate professor of chemistry. Matera’s research is with molecules in walnut extracts that show promise in eventually treating Alzheimer’s disease.
