Brian Nienhaus, an associate professor of business administration, took part in a community conference on April 6 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The conference, “Community Impacts of Local Policy Responses to Undocumented Immigration,” looked at the ways various town and county governments throughout the state handle illegal immigrants – and how those actions affect the region.
Nienhaus took part in an afternoon session on deportation. He spoke on immigrants, real estate and the economy in Alamance County.
