Nelson presents paper on diversity in university classrooms

The paper, given before The 8th International Conference on Diversity in Organizations, Communities and Nations, focused on the diversity within diversity in a class. Nelson made the point that “any discussion about diversity has to consider the diversity within a collective. These shades of grey within each group are at the very core of nuanced human relations.”
