Lynn Huber, assistant professor of Religious Studies, presented a paper at the International Society of Biblical Literature conference in Auckland, NZ. The conference, which was attended by over 475 scholars from around the world, was held at the University of Auckland July 21-25.
Huber’s paper was entitled “Unveiling the Bride: Reading Revelation’s Bridal Imagery with Late-Medieval Visionaries” and is part of an ongoing book project on the ways that medieval visionaries read Revelation’s metaphorical language.
