Elon Alumni in L.A. will be participating in two service events on Oct. 25 and Nov. 16.
Join Elon alumni in L.A. and participate in their annual Foothill Community Cleanup Day Oct. 25 at Dunsmore Park in Glendale.
More than 200 people are expected to take to the streets to clean up litter. Volunteers will also have the chance to participate in the “Cigarette Butt Race,” where a grand prize will be awarded to the volunteer who picks up the most cigarette butts.
The event will take place from 9 a.m. until noon.

The Community Cleanup Day will be at Dunsmore Park, 4700 Dunsmore Ave., Glendale.
The L.A. Chapter will also participate in “Run For Her,” a 5k run and friendship walk to support ovarian cancer research and awareness on Sunday, Nov. 16 from 8 to 11 a.m.
