Jim Exum, the Distinguished Jurist in Residence of the Elon University School of Law, has been selected for inclusion in the 2009 edition of Woodward & White’s list of The Best Lawyers in America.
Exum, a retired chief justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court, was recognized in the area of appellate law and bet-the-company litigation.
