Gary Palin, executive director of the Doherty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, was a speaker at the inaugural Global Consortium for Entrepreneurship Centers conference (GCEC) hosted by the University of Arizona McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship.
Palin’s presentation, “International Entrepreneurship Initiatives,” focused on Social Entrepreneurship and Education Consortium. The program was held in Tucson, Ariz., Oct. 2-3, 2008.
Approximately 250 entrepreneurship educators were in attendance for the presentation. The GCEC seeks to expand the existing relationships among national entrepreneurship centers into an international network.
