Please join the Religious Studies Department as Dr. Jeff Pugh and Dr. Mat
Gendle explore the intersection between cognition and religious experience
and belief. “Spirit and Synapse: Did God Create the Brain, or Did the
Brain Create God?” is a lecture and discussion that draws upon insights from
their team teaching, as well as pulling from their areas of academic
research. Surely, this will lead into some interesting conversation.
