The Bars & Tone Experiment, five short films by Nicole Triche, an instructor in the School of Communications, will be screened Nov. 12 at the 14th Annual Cucalorus Film Festival in Wilmington, N.C.
The Bars & Tone Experiment is a series of short experimental films that include a variety of techniques and subject matter including stop-motion animation, hand painted 16mm leader, break dancing and the music of local bands. The films will be shown as a part of the opening night kickoff party at the Soapbox Lounge.
