Marty Peters, a professor of legal education at the Elon University School of Law, made a series of presentations in October at the American Bar Association’s “Bar Passage Conference: Outcome Measures and Student Achievement,” a national conference on bar pass issues.
Deans from all ABA accredited and provisionally accredited law schools were invited and offered the opportunity to bring participants from their schools. More than 200 legal educators attended
Peters and two co-presenters and addressed the topic “Teaching and Learning: Theory, Teaching Practice, and Insights.” The professors gave their presentations twice. Leary Davis, Scott Gaylord and Catherine Wasson of Elon Law also attended the conference.
