Eric M. Fink, an associate professor in the Elon University School of Law, will be a guest Dec. 18 on North Carolina Public Radio for the station’s “The State of Things” noontime program.
Fink is scheduled to discuss labor issues in North Carolina, including the union election taking place this month at the Smithfield Packing Co.’s hog slaughterhouse plant in the southeastern part of the state.
