Elon University trustee Kerrii Anderson, former CEO of Wendy’s International Inc., will present a business case at a lecture at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 21 in the LaRose Digital Theatre of the Koury Business Center. Anderson will be available for a question-and-answer session following her presentation.
Anderson served as Chief Executive Officer of Wendy’s International Inc. since Nov. 9, 2006 and served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer from April 2006 to November 2006. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Wendy’s International Inc. from September 2000 to April 17, 2006. Prior to joining Wendy’s International Inc., she served as Vice President of Tim Hortons Inc. Anderson served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of M/I Schottenstein Homes Inc., from 1987 to September 2000 and its Secretary from 1987 to 1994 and Assistant Secretary since 1994. Anderson has been a Director of Laboratory Corp. of America Holdings since May 17, 2006. She serves on the Board of Visitors of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and the Board of Trustees of Franklin University. Anderson holds a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Elon.
