Group Exercise is offering a sample of three new types of classes for three consecutive Fridays from 3-4 p.m. beginning on Feb. 27 in GX Studio 6. See the descriptions below to learn about these exciting classes being offered for this limited time!
• Friday, Feb. 27: “Latin Cardio Dance”
Tone and sculpt your body with this dance interval class utilizing fun Latin dance moves, hip-hop dancing and everything in between! We will be using easy-to-follow movements with components of resistance/sculpting in a variety of styles and routines designed for a great work out all while having a blast.
• Friday, March 6: “Flashback Cardio”
Get ready for a time-warped experience with this upbeat, themed workout. From a basic cardio warm-up to an exciting dance routine, this class has it all. Guaranteed to get your heart pumping!
• Friday, March 13: “Ballin’ Ballistics”
Pump up your heart by bouncing around on the BOSU and Fit Ball. This unique cardio workout will incorporate basic elements of aerobics, step, and kickboxing exercises for a fun, full-body fitness!
