With just two weeks remaining in the 2009 POWERless Energy Competition, Colclough and Danieley Apartments C lead their divisions (with 16.7% and 19.1% reductions, respectively) in a seven-week campus contest to see which residence halls can most reduce their energy consumption.
In Division I, Maynard, Oaks Building B and Chandler are all less than 1% away from Colclough while in Division II, Loy J/K, L, M and Danieley O are within 4% of Danieley Apartments C.
The Oaks with 19.6% energy reduction has taken the Division I lead from North Area with 17.6% energy reduction. Danieley Center has maintained its lead in Division II with 42.9% energy reduction.
The competition is heating up with two weeks remaining!
